Questions

What people ask us before renting.

What if I've never ridden an e-Bike?

Before you set off we fit it to you, explain the pedal assist and you take a test ride in the street. What you do need is to know how to ride a mountain bike.

Can we ride together if we have different paces?

That's what the e-Bike is for: whoever's more tired turns the assist up, and whoever's stronger turns it down.

What's the minimum age to rent?

From age 12, with their parents, who sign for them, and taller than 155 cm.

Can younger children come?

We can arrange a trailer for small children, on request and in advance (there are only a few). Ask us about availability.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. You always need your own travel and health insurance.

What should I bring?

Comfortable layers, a rain jacket and water. Out here the weather changes fast.

How do I request a date?

With "Request a date" on the ride you want. We'll confirm availability by WhatsApp or email.

What if I cancel?

If you cancel up to 12 hours before the ride, we refund 100%. With less than 12 hours' notice, there's no refund. If you cancel for reasons of force majeure, we refund everything. You can always reschedule.

All refunds are less the processing fees the payment providers charge for the refund.
